I think that at this point it’s been enough repeat offenses that you need to contact the higher-ups. If you scroll down and go to the help and FAQ page, the support address for Newgrounds is there under the heading “Someone is harassing me”.

Yeah this is stupid. I had a similar experience with fnf fans. They would constantly ask me to make an fnf mod out of me when I don't know them at all. I would always nicely say no but I had some cases of people being real pushy and doing it with out my permission or without even telling me in one case. So I sorta feel ya on this, shit like this can be really annoying.
